From 15:00 pm to 15:40 pm, on 10 September, in Latvain Foreign Arts Museum, just neighber to Presidential Palace, we launched

On the floor showing replia of Greek and Roman sculptures, we read about 30 haiku from "Balsis no Makoniem" in Japanese and Latvian. About 30 persons including poetess Astride Ivaska, Mr. Yuji Okada Counsellor of the Embassy of Japan, Ayumi Kurosawa and Latvian people gathered for this session of "Dzejars Diena".

During haiku reading, I made a present of my calligraphy to Leons to thank him nad commemorate our friendship.
